Using SommPal responsibly.
Effective August 15, 2026. By creating an account, accepting these terms, or using SommPal, you agree to them.
Eligibility and responsible use
You must be of legal drinking age where you live. SommPal provides informational pairing suggestions and does not sell alcohol, verify restaurant inventory, or encourage excessive consumption. Drink responsibly and never drink and drive.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. Do not automate submissions, evade limits, upload unlawful content, interfere with the service, probe its security, or use it to harm others.
Free and paid plans
Free accounts receive the stated monthly upload allowance and may see ads. Paid plans renew monthly until canceled and provide the features shown at purchase. You may manage or cancel through the billing portal. Fees already charged are nonrefundable except where required by law.
Referral rewards
When SommPal offers a referral reward, a genuine new user must join through the eligible pairing link and complete their first pairing before the reward is earned. Each new user can qualify only one referrer. A free month may be provided as 30 days of promotional Unlimited access or a credit toward the referrer's next eligible monthly Stripe invoice. Rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be withheld or reversed for self-referrals, duplicate accounts, automation, fraud, or other abuse. SommPal may modify or end the program prospectively.
Menus, recommendations, and accuracy
You confirm you may upload the material you submit. You retain rights in your content and grant SommPal permission to process it to provide and improve the service. Menu reading and pairing recommendations may contain errors; confirm ingredients, allergies, prices, availability, and alcohol information with the restaurant.
Intellectual property and availability
SommPal's software, branding, and original content belong to SommPal LLC or its licensors. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may limit access to protect the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as SommPal changes. If an update is material, we may ask you to review and accept the updated terms before continuing to use your account.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. SommPal is not professional medical, dietary, allergy, or alcohol-safety advice. To the extent permitted by law, SommPal LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

These terms are governed by Pennsylvania law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Contact support@sommpal.app with questions.
